1996 Buick Regal Custom - 3.8 engine
I have two main problems.
- My cruise control stopped working about two years ago. About a week ago, my turn signals stopped working. The hazard lights work, but turn signals do not. Would replacing that whole assembly (the one on the steering wheel assembly) fix both of these problems? Where can I find one?
- Here's the crazy problem. I was driving down the street one day when my power seat just started moving forward. It moved all the way up and would never go back. Fast forward a very uncomfortable month later and while I was driving down the street, I start smelling a burnt electrical smell and noticed smoke coming from under the street. I guess, out of nowhere, it started trying to move forward again and just kept running the motor until it started burning up. I pulled the Power Seats Circuit Breaker and fixed that problem but not the major problem that my seat and all the way forward and I'm pressed against my steering wheel. If my airbag goes off, I would probably die. Any suggestions?
