2017 Fog Light Housing Assembly replacement

Need a little help.
Trying to change the housing for my 2017 Regal GS. (Rock went through Lens).
Does anyone have experience with this?
Trying to determine the proper way to remove the old housing - and dont know if that requires me to pull off the bumper, the fog light facia, or if its completely possible from underneath.

Any assistance appreciated.

I'm not sure if you were ever able to figure this out. I'm having the same issue with my 2014 Regal. Trying to change the fog housing but there are these metal rivet like clips holding the screws in. I looked at taking the fog light trim apart but I'd end up cracking the whole thing.

Let me know if you have encounter this. Thanks.

I will also say they appear to be Philips screws. They do not budge. Emphasis on not.
