2011 CXL Turbo Repair/upgrade

My son is purchasing a regal for his first car. It needs some work on the front end. Has a stabilitrac light on needs new front bumper and lights. I believe it says it has HID lights but not sure. Question for the group is can we put in the projector style headlights? Would they be plug and play?
