I dealer gave me a out the door price of $31,445 for a 2011 Regal (Russelsheim) T06? Is that to much for last years model?

Seems high...I dealer gave me a out the door price of $31,445 for a 2011 Regal (Russelsheim) T06? Is that to much for last years model?
I just paid $27,800 (including delivery)for a RH T06 - and also got the 72 0% APR from GM/Ally
I used the GM Credit Union pricing tool to help: https://www.mygmdiscount.com/
Looking at truecar - I know the dealer got some profit, but that's OK. People have to earn a living.
