I am just seeing if anyone else has been having trouble with there a/c not blowing cold air in 95+ degree temps when you first start the car after its been sitting for several hours in the heat, usually takes about 10 minutes before it blows cold, you can also smell it come on. I do notice the cooling fans are not on the whole time when its not blowing cold, when the fans do finally come on, I get cold air. I have taken it to the dealer several times and of course they can replicate it, it has never done it when I first start it in the morning, only after its been driven. My regal is a 2011 2.0L turbo and was built in Germany and has 9000 miles.
