Who knew doing a "burn out" in a parking lot would get your ass stomped by a police officer. Who's wrong here the cop, who abuses his power and spends all your tax money enforcing nothing, because no on is in danger in this situation.

i think he was in the right. guy looked cocky. what was he pulled over for first i wonder? then goes right into a burnout....asking for it.

I would say he did deserve what he did, but the cop was being a bit of an ass ..... sometime i wonder if cops do over due it a lot... i mean the cop could be doing something else more productive than pullin over modded civics...

yeah..but at the same time hes the only cop there and hes in a parking lot of what you would assume would be this guys friends. i would hate to be outnumbered and hated like that haha

Yeah but even if hes outnumber hes a "cop" a lot of the cases they feel like they are G.I. joe and feel like they can do what ever they want.... which is real pain in the ass sometimes...
