The regular turbo will be offered with the manual trans also.
If you've been keeping count, Buick hasn't offered a manual transmission for one of their cars since 1989. That's almost 22 years. That's also another reason why the brand has been branded as a geriatric cruiser in the past since manual transmission cars are usually preferred by a much younger demographic. The soon to be available Regal GS will have an available 6-speed manual transmission which along with a turbo option should help Buick get on track with their new image direction.

Even better news!!! Now more younger car buyers might be attracted with a manual turbo car. I wonder how quick that manual turbo will be?The regular turbo will be offered with the manual trans also.
Should be faster in a straight line then the GS because of it being less weight. (no AWD system)Even better news!!! Now more younger car buyers might be attracted with a manual turbo car. I wonder how quick that manual turbo will be?
so is the turbo model fwd or rwd?Should be faster in a straight line then the GS because of it being less weight. (no AWD system)
Thats true with every single car. There's a lot of powerloss due to the automatic transmission because of how its torque converter works. You don't experience that kind of powerloss on a manual transmission.Manual will be nice for sure! I always felt like I had alot more power in a manual transmission vehicle.
