Car shudders when passing 10mph

I have a 2011 Regal Turbo with 1200 miles. When I accelerate normally, I get a shudder for about a second when I hit 10mph. Had it to the dealer and they reflashed the ECM, but it's still there. Any suggestions?

They must think its a programming issue?

Know anyone with a scanner/logger like E F I flashscan that can log and record it to see what its doing?

Unfortunately not...going to take it to the dealer in a couple days for a second go around. Dealer I use is pretty good, surprised they didn't get it the first time.
