Clock won't stay set

The clock on my new-to-me 2011 Regal won't stay set to the correct time. It is one hour off. I have re-set it several times and it is okay until the car is turned off. It then reverts back to an hour behind.

We're sorry to hear that you're having this difficulty with the clock on your Regal, jfriling. This may be something that you need to bring your vehicle into your dealership to have it checked into - do you have a Buick Dealership in your area that you work with, or do you need assistance locating one?

Had the same problem and took my Regal to the dealership. They tried to reprogram it but that didn't work, so they replaced the whole radio under warranty. The clock work fine now.
I'm having the same problem on my radio I have to set the clock every day. The satellite thinks I'm in Washington as well won't find my location in Texas!! It's on the list of things to tell the Dealer when I take it in tomorrow. Like jfriling said it's new to me (the car) only had it 3 weeks so I'm nervous about it now.

Hey adaboy,

I replied to your post in another thread, but I wanted to reiterate that if you would like any assistance while working with the dealership, you can always shoot me a PM and we can discuss your concerns.

Based upon my experience with Buick Customer Service, they ability to assist and get a problem fixed is nil.

They tell me they have exhausted all avenues with my uncommanded braking problem and will not check into a valid thought process I have for a possible reason why my car is braking on its own.
I just purchases my 2011 regal.. gotta say i love the car.
The only problem i am having is i have to reset the clock every time i turn on the car radio. For some reason even tho i have deleted the previos user adress. And destination the keep comming back and for some reason. It always set to Washington dc. Then it wont let me send address through my buick app. Nor will it save adress.very frusterating

Common problem. The whole radio will have to be replaced, or you can deal with it as is like I've been doing for the last 2 years.
