Glad to join - Question on Lumbar Support

I've had a Regal for 3 months now and in general am very happy. I get the clunky gear change I've read about in posts but I guess that's just the way the eco friendly gears are set up today?

However, my lumbar support is not right. I've once got it to work, which was fine until my wife changed it. It won't move upwards and doesn't stay inflated. Dealer said it's fine, just wondered if anyone had a similar problem fixed before I go back to the dealer.

Less worrisome is the clock. It loses about 5 minutes a day. The dealer downloaded a fix but didn't work, so I have to go back for that too. Annoying issues with an otherwise very nice car.

I've had 2 regals and never had a problem with the lumbar support, I would suggest going to another dealer if this one does not get things done

Your concern is certainly understandable regarding your Regal. Please let us know how the dealership service goes to resolve your concerns. If you send a DM, please include your situation, dealership name, VIN#, and contact information. I hope these concerns are resolved quickly. Have a happy New Year!
