I checked the resources I have available to me and can't seem to find an answer to your questions about shuffling or about what voice directive to use to have the vehicle play from the USB. I'm not sure if these questions are something you wanted to check with your dealership about; if so, please keep us updated, or if you want for us to work with you through that process send us a direct message (include your name, contact information, and VIN to get started). If you prefer to wait to see if other members of the community are able to get you going in the right direction, that works too.
