instrument cluster lights fading 99 GS
I have a 99 gs and the instrument cluster lights are starting to fade. I have seen on the web about how to fix it. I just need direction of the proper steps to get access to it. I do not want to see my airbags go off by accident. I can not afford a professional mechanic at this time and would like to try and do it myself. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
