Hello,

I am new to this forum and wanted to reach out to see if anyone has experienced the same issue. I have a 2016 Buick Regal Premium II Turbo.

Has anyone had any issues with their navigation screen going blank and the radio controls (volume/tuning) knobs not working (e.g., not able to turn volume up or down and unable to change the station via the tuning knob). I had the radio on when I was backing out of a parking spot yesterday and the back up camera didn't come on.. I did have the radio on and only was able to change the volume via the steering wheel volume. The navigation screen was completely blank. I stopped at the gas station for about 8 minutes to gas up and when I started the car back up, it appears the Buick Intellilink rebooted and was working again, including the radio knobs. This has happened three or four times in the last nine months. I’m still covered under warranty but not sure if this needs an update or if the entire system is an issue.
