Welcome to Regal Forums. I have have my turbo for about six months right now. Good luck with the car. Buicks are a great first car. I have seen a lot of previous generation Regals as a teenagers first car. Not a bad choice either.
Congrats on getting the vehicle swapped out. Luckily I have had not initial quality issues on mine. Thanks a lot guys! I'm pretty sure I will learn a lot here about Buicks.
ALMOST everything went well today. I got a 2012 Onyx Black with half the mileage of the 2011 for the same amount. That was great. When we got home, my wife tried to adjust the passenger power seat height adjustment and the switch just collapsed inwards. Oh well, we'll just have it fixed first thing next week. Left the switch recessed inside the seat while traveling and then suddenly the seat just moved upwards on its own..not so good.
Please bear with me for this rather not so good experience I'm constantly sharing. I believe in the next few days, weeks or months of ownership, I will have something rather pleasant to share with you guys.
@ Hitman1970, I do not have something particular in mind as of this moment. I'm thinking, a midsize old beater will suffice.
Cheers!
Thanks! Considering my finances after this purchase, I will probably consider as old as a 2000 model. No particular brand in mind as of now.Congrats on getting the vehicle swapped out. Luckily I have had not initial quality issues on mine.
As I do not know what "old" is for you in the mid-size world. A 2004-2007 Malibu would be a decent ride. I had a 2006 LaCrosse CXS which was a great car. The CXLs had the very reliable 3.8L engine and it give a very smooth ride.
Good luck on all fronts.
