Hey I have a 99 Buick regal. Just replaced the battery thinking it was the issue. Anytime I try to drive around my car is making this clicking noise and the dash and clock lights are flashing. The car is in great condition and I've never had issues like this before.

It was doing this with the old battery too that's why I replaced the battery.

Did you replace it with new? Have you had the new battery load tested? Battery quality has been an issue for a couple of years now. Batteries are lighter than ever with thinner plates set closer together it doesn take much for a cell to have some issues. Thus the shorter lifespan and warranties. The battery and then the alternator should be load tested.
