What issues/problems have you had?

500 miles so far.

Our headliner was sagging on the dealer lot. Looks like it got bent too much on install. So they are ordering a new headliner.

Around the sunroof the thing is only attached with some fancy velcro.

When we bought the car they said 3-4 days to get the headliner.

I called today, 8 days later to check on it. No return call....

My driver's side heated seat stopped working. I have around 15k mi on the odometer.

still no headliner. Called the 800# and got a case # going.

Cold week, our heated seats just stopped working. turn on either one and its clicks off in a few seconds

Hmmm. First part of our ride both seat heaters turned themselves back off after a few seconds. Later in the morning they worked fine. I D K.

Headliner came in today.

If it were my car I'd insulate/sound deaden the ceiling while the dealer has the headliner out. But..... This is the agnets car. One little thing goes wrong and its hell to pay. IO would like to do her floors and doors. Almost done insulating my silverado and its quieter on the highway than the Buick is.

After multiple stories from service, and filing a case # with Buick, the agent dropped off her regal today. The general manager gave her his personal car, a Lacrosse to drive until hers is done. And I'm not talking about his demo car, this is his car, in his name. He told me that way service would have him on their butt until The Agents car is done. Way to go! Above and beyond making things right with the customer, I'm impressed with that move.

We got the car back next day. They installed the new headliner, snugged up the antenna. We had a rattle that sounded like the antenna. Well I rode around in the back seat and found the rattle, its the back "dash" thingy rattling on the back window when you hit a bump.

oops. They replaced the drivers side mirror and gave the Agent the wrong blue mirror.

Someone isnt happy.
