Potentially new Turbo Regal owner with some questions

I am in the process of finding one of the last few leftover 2011 Turbo Regals with a MANUAL transmission. Has anyone recently purchased any turbo regal leftovers? I have looked up pricing for a TO4 which is what my dealer has and the MSRP is 34,XXX but since I have a family and friends GM discount I get it for 33,001. What I found is that most leftovers are being sold for 32,200-32,700, the GM employee discount was 32,000. Not sure if these numbers sound right? I will be buying the car from O'Reilly Buick in PA (I live in DE) which is a black on black TO4 unless they can find me a black on cashmere. I just want to compare prices with other sales if people don't mind feel free to PM or email me, I just don't trust dealers nor do I trust these online sites that state the prices, every one of them is different. My plan is to get the car for $32,000 or I am walking.

Also has anyone heard of a dealer installed tune that gives 60HP/75TQ? Apparently it is just a tune, no exhaust/intake and it doesn't void the warranty. I am sure this engine is detuned from the factory, so its just upping the boost and maybe changing the pulse width on the injectors. The dealer is charging $499 for it but says he'll give it to me for $399, my plan is for free! I can always up the boost myself, no big deal, I am already thinking about exhaust and intake options, hopefully there will be an aftermarket for these cars, if not I'll have to fab stuff up for them.

Thanks for any help I appreciate it!

I bought an automatic 2011 CXL Turbo (T05) (No Sunroof) about a month ago and my numbers were:
MSRP: 32190
Discounted Price: 29984

There was a $2000 rebate at the time. My mom picked up her 2011 CXL (RL05) yesterday and there was a $3000 rebate  I should have waited a month, I guess...

I'm very happy with my car, but they told me there is no Performance Tune available. I would have GLADLY added the $499
Welcome to RF!
If the dealer is installing a tune, and claiming full warranty, I'd get it in writing and read the fine print before making a decision.
Well I am going to pick up the car tonight, the price will be $29,000 (MSRP $34,160) before trade in, down payment, tax and tags. Its a TO4 with sunroof, 6 speed manual black on black (wanted carbon on cashmere but there isn't too many '11s left). Thanks for the numbers, guess the end of the year deals do work.

I am waiting on the tune, I will talk to them when I get there about it, make sure it will not effect the warranty.

Awesome deal! Enjoy!
Got it! First up is tint, then once the motor breaks in I'm getting the "tune" which doesn't void anything. Then I'll have to wait for the warranty to expire for the real fun to begin!
