Did you try checking for fuses blown or any short in the wiring?

I don't see any instructions on how to replace it. Did anyone ever post the instructions on how to replace the heating element. I had my seat element on the drive side go out a year ago while under warranty and now the back side went out this winter while not under warranty, but I am pretty good with my hands and figured I could do it myself instead of paying $440.00. Any help is much appreciated.
