Do you guys use Buick OEM SPEC ATF( automatic transmission fluid) or MTF ( Manual Transmission Fluid)?

Of do you guys prefer a premium oil brand oils such as Amsoil Syncromesh or Motul Gear300?

Yeah motul has tons of different viscosity and heating temps for their oils same with any other brand.

In terms or grade of oil there is Grade 3-5 Generally grade 3 is very general oil, meanwhile grade 4 is like motul amsoil mobil 1 and other more premium brands
While usually Grade 5 oil is more race oriented.

I for one use motul!
